1. Information We Collect

When you enter a giveaway on ColorGnome, we collect your email address. If you use a referral link to enter, we link your entry to the person who referred you so they can receive bonus entries.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your email address strictly for the following purposes:

• To enter you into the giveaways you choose.
• To notify you if you are a winner.
• To calculate and track bonus entries from your referral link.
• To allow you to look up your existing entries on our site.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your email address with third parties or sponsors unless you are a winner and the sponsor needs your information strictly to ship your prize.

4. Data Retention

We retain your email address and entry data so that you can look up your entry history and referral stats. You may request to have your data deleted at any time by contacting us, which will also remove your entries from any active giveaways.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use minimal necessary cookies (such as local storage) to remember your preferences and admin sessions. We do not use third-party tracking cookies to serve you personalized ads.
